Napapijri offers a flexible 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your outdoor apparel and accessories. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
